These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jesselee.io (the "Site") and any consulting, launch strategy, email marketing, or related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by JTLY Ventures LLC ("JTLY Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
JTLY Ventures provides marketing consulting services, including product launch strategy, email and SMS marketing (including Klaviyo-based systems), funnel design and build, and related advisory services for course creators, YouTube creators, and similar businesses. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any specific engagement will be set out in a separate signed proposal, statement of work, or agreement between you ("Client") and JTLY Ventures, which will govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of a business you represent, to use the Site or engage the Services.
Fees, payment schedules, deposit requirements, and cancellation or refund terms for a specific engagement are set out in the applicable signed agreement or invoice, not in these Terms. Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, invoices are due upon receipt, and services may be paused for accounts more than 15 days past due.
Marketing, launch, and email/SMS strategy outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, audience, market conditions, and execution. JTLY Ventures does not guarantee any specific revenue, conversion rate, subscriber growth, deliverability outcome, or other result from the Services. Any figures, case studies, or examples shared are illustrative only and are not a promise of similar results for your business.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, frameworks, and methodology — is the property of JTLY Ventures unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Custom deliverables created for a Client under a paid engagement (e.g. email sequences, funnel copy, campaign assets) become the property of the Client upon full payment, unless the applicable agreement states otherwise. JTLY Ventures retains the right to use general, non-confidential methodology and frameworks across engagements with other clients.
Program Description. If you opt in via the Site, JTLY Ventures may send recurring automated text messages, including but not limited to promotional offers, product and program launch announcements, local event invitations and reminders, cart/registration reminders, account or order updates, and other business-related communications. Message frequency varies.
Opt-In. By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on the Site, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from JTLY Ventures at the number provided. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out. Text "STOP" to the number you received messages from at any time to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. To rejoin, opt in again through the Site or reply "START."

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, U.S. Cellular, and MetroPCS.

By submitting your email address through the Site, you consent to receive marketing and informational emails from JTLY Ventures. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content without permission; or interfere with the Site's normal operation.
The Site and our Services may rely on third-party tools — including Klaviyo (email/SMS), Systeme.io (site and funnel hosting), and payment processors — to operate. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JTLY Ventures LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to JTLY Ventures in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JTLY Ventures LLC, its owner, and its contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
